2011 Entry Procedures

By April 21, 2011: All teams that want to participate in the Glenn D. Loucks Games must send an email to the meet director at either jsingleton@wpcsd.k12.ny.us or hurdler1970@aol.com declaring the team’s intention to participate.
By April 26, 2011: PLEASE NOTE THIS IS JUST BEFORE THE WEEKEND OF PENN RELAYS. IF YOU HAVEN'T SENT IN YOUR ENTRIES BY THE TIME YOU HAVE LEFT FOR PENN, IT WILL BE TOO LATE BY THE TIME YOU RETURN. SEND IN YOUR ENTRIES PRIOR TO THE PENN RELAYS WEEKEND! For those teams that have met the declaration deadline, all entries are due. After that date, DirectAthletics will be instructed to reject incoming entries. All paperwork and payments are due on that date.

You must print, fill out and then mail in the cover sheet with proof of payment. A check (school or personal) or a copy of the PO or a money order are all acceptable.
