Master's Mile Information

Welcome to the Glenn D. Loucks Master’s Mile entry procedure. This year's race is on Thursday May 12, 2011.This year we will continue to allow runners to sign in on the day of the meet. We wish all of you the best of luck.

                                Pre-meet Entry

Send an email to the meet director, Fred Singleton at jsingleton@wpcsd.k12.ny.us

Seed time for 1 mile
Email address (this way we can place it on file).

• A return email from the meet director will serve as a confirmation that your email was received. 
• Send a check for $15 made out to Glenn D. Loucks Games (on memo line write "Master’s Mile")

Upon arrival to the meet, go to the Master’s Mile tent, sign in and receive your number.

                                         Day of Meet Entry

  By 7:00 PM arrive at Glenn D. Loucks Field and head to the Master’s Mile tent.

There will be high school races being run. While the high school races are being held, under no circumstances are Master's Mile athletes to warm up on the track.

1. Meet one of our hosts and provide the information that is listed above.
2. Provide a check made out to Glenn D. Loucks Games or cash ($20 - it's cheaper to pre-enter)
3. Receive your number.

                                                  Awards

 Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each of the following age groups.

Men's 30-39
Men's 40-49
Men's 50 - 59
Men's 60 - 69
Men's 70+ 

Women's 30-39
Women's 40-49
Women's 50 - 59
Women's 60 - 69
Women's 70+
